Day 1: Londorossi Gate to Mti Mkubwa
Drive to Londorossi Gate (2,100m). Register and begin trek through rainforest. Arrive at Mti Mkubwa Camp (2,820m) after 3-4 hours.

Day 2: Mti Mkubwa to Shira 1 Camp
Leave rainforest, enter moorland. Trek across Shira Ridge with stunning views. Arrive at Shira 1 Camp (3,610m) after 5-6 hours.

Day 3: Shira 1 to Shira 2 Camp
Gentle trek across the Shira Plateau. Visit Shira Cathedral. Arrive at Shira 2 Camp (3,850m) after 4-5 hours.

Midnight departure for summit. Reach Uhuru Peak (5,895m) for sunrise. Descend to Mweka Camp (3,100m) for celebration.
