Day 1: Arusha to Kilimanjaro
Depart Arusha early. Drive to Marangu Gate (1,860m). Register and begin day hike through the rainforest to Mandara Hut (2,700m). See colobus monkeys and unique flora. Descend back to the gate. Drive to Moshi for overnight.
