Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Nairobi to Old Moses Camp
Depart Nairobi at 7:00 AM. Drive to Nanyuki via Mount Kenya region. Briefing at Sirimon Gate (2,650m). Trek through bamboo and rosewood forests to Old Moses Camp (3,300m). 3-4 hours trekking. Acclimatization walk in the afternoon.
Old Moses Camp (Bunkhouse)

Day 2: Old Moses to Shipton Camp
Trek through the Mackinder Valley with spectacular views of the peaks. Pass through giant heather and lobelia zones. Arrive at Shipton Camp (4,200m) after 6-7 hours. Afternoon rest for acclimatization.
Shipton Camp (Bunkhouse)

Day 3: Acclimatization at Shipton Camp
Acclimatization day. Hike to Hausberg Col (4,590m) for panoramic views of the main peaks. Return to Shipton Camp. Afternoon rest. Briefing for summit attempt.

Day 4: Summit Day - Point Lenana
Alpine start at 3:00 AM. Summit push to Point Lenana (4,985m) arriving for sunrise over the African plains. Descend to Shipton Camp for breakfast. Continue descent to Old Moses Camp. Celebration dinner.

Day 5: Descent to Nairobi
Final descent to Sirimon Gate. Receive summit certificates. Drive to Nairobi arriving by 5:00 PM. Airport drop-off.
